How to use Vendoo’s Bulk Edit Feature
With Vendoo, you can bulk edit your listings to change fields like price, title, description, and more across all marketplaces in bulk. Then, you can relist the edited items in bulk!
Here is how to edit items in bulk:
Click “Bulk Actions” on the Inventory Screen and select “Bulk Edit” on the dropdown menu.
You can use the inventory filters to organize and retrieve the listings you would like to edit. From here, you can select the items to edit- up to 240 items at once!
Select the items and marketplace forms to edit.
After selecting the listings you want to edit, click "Bulk Edit" at the bottom left corner of the screen. Then, in the pop-up window, you can choose the marketplace forms where you would like your changes applied.
If you select all, it will also include the Vendoo form.
Once you click confirm, your screen will navigate to the Bulk Edit Screen.

On the Bulk Edit Screen, you can see all of the editable fields including title, description, SKU, listing price, brand, condition, color, tags, category, and size.
On the top right corner of the screen, you can edit the table columns to include only the fields you want to edit.
Here is how to bulk Edit specific fields in Vendoo:
Bulk Edit Titles:
When you select Bulk Edit Title you can revise your titles in bulk.
Your original title will appear at the top of the screen, and you can add text in the text box on the pop-up window.
You can opt to insert words at the beginning or end of your title, find and replace words, or remove words entirely. Based on your selections, you can also choose to case match between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
Bulk Edit Descriptions:
When you select Bulk Edit Description you can revise your descriptions in bulk.
Your original description will appear at the top of the screen, and you can add text in the text box on the pop-up window.
You can opt to insert words at the beginning or end of your description, find and replace words, or remove words entirely. Based on your selections, you can also choose to case match between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
💡Tip: This is particularly helpful when adding or revising promotional language at the end of your listings.
Bulk Edit SKUs:
When you select Bulk Edit SKU you can revise your SKUs in bulk.
Your original SKU will appear at the top of the screen, and you can add text in the text box on the pop-up window.
You can opt to insert words or numbers at the beginning or end of your SKU, find and replace words or numbers, or remove words or numbers entirely. Based on your selections, you can also choose to case match between uppercase and lowercase letters.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
💡Tip: This is particularly helpful when reorganizing and revising your inventory numbering system.
Bulk Edit Listing Price:
When you select Bulk Edit Listing Price you can revise your prices in bulk. 🔥
Your original price will appear at the top of the screen, and you can make selections to modify your price.
Under Select Action, you can drop prices, increase prices, or change prices to a nominal amount.
Then, you can select whether to drop/raise prices by a percent or a dollar amount.
Then, you can choose to round your price if you wish.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
💡Tip: When your prices include decimal points, rounding is recommended to ensure compatibility with all marketplaces.
Bulk Edit Brand:
When you select Bulk Edit Brand you can edit your brand in bulk across all marketplaces and the Vendoo form.
Your original brand selection will appear under each marketplace, and you can modify the brand field for each by entering a new brand.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
💡Tip: This is particularly helpful when selling vintage items, items where brands are not recognized on all marketplaces, or items from brands that are recognized differently across marketplaces.
Bulk Edit Condition
When you select Bulk Edit Condition, you can edit your condition in bulk across all marketplaces and the Vendoo form.
Your original condition selection will appear under each marketplace, and you can modify the condition field for each by selecting a new option by the marketplace.
Because marketplaces have different condition selections, this will help you to ensure your listings are optimized for each marketplace.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
Bulk Edit Color
When you select Bulk Edit Color, you can edit your color(s) in bulk across all marketplaces and the Vendoo form.
Your original color selection will appear under each marketplace, and you can modify the color field(s) for each by selecting a new option by the marketplace.
Because marketplaces have different color selections, this will help you to ensure your listings are optimized for each marketplace.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
💡Tip: Some marketplaces allow one color, and others allow two selections. Similarly, some marketplaces allow for “multicolor” or “rainbow,” whereas others require that you choose the main color for your item. Be sure to customize these selections by the marketplace to optimize searchability.
Bulk Edit Tags
When you select Bulk Edit Tags, you can edit your hashtags in bulk across all marketplaces and the Vendoo form.
Your original hashtags will appear under each marketplace, and you can change the tags for each by modifying them by the marketplace. To add hashtags, enter each and then separate by a comma or by clicking the “Enter” key.
Because marketplaces allow a different number of hashtags, this will help you to ensure your listings are optimized for each marketplace.
Once you have entered your changes, click Apply to save them.
💡Tip: The best practice is to enter your hashtags by priority in the Vendoo form, so that the most important ones will appear in each listing, and the less important ones are those that might get “cut off” based on marketplace limits.
Bulk Edit Category
When you select Bulk Edit Category, you can modify your items’ category in bulk across all marketplaces and the Vendoo form.
Your original category selection will appear, and you can use the dropdown to select a new category.
Once you have entered your new category, click Apply to save it.
Bulk Edit Size
When you select Bulk Edit Size, you can modify your items’ size and size type in bulk across all marketplaces and the Vendoo form.
Your original size and size type will appear, and you can use the dropdowns to make changes.
Once you have entered your new size and size type, click Apply to save it.
💡Tip: Custom size entries are not permitted on the Bulk Edit Screen. Custom entries are generally discouraged as you should select a compatible size with the marketplaces for best results.
4. Once you have applied your changes, you can save or save and relist your items.
On the Bulk Edit Screen, any fields that you have modified will be highlighted in blue. To save these changes, you can either click “Save and relist” or “Save Only.”
⚠️ Your changes will not be reflected on your live listings unless you save and relist. If you save only, your changes will only be made in Vendoo.
If you select “Save and Relist,” Vendoo will take you to back to the Inventory Screen and start the bulk Delist & Relist process so your bulk edits will be applied to your new listings!
