Here’s how to use the Marketplace Sharer:
Click the “Pro Tools” star icon on the left navigation panel, then select “Marketplace Sharing.”
On the Marketplace Sharing dashboard, select the marketplace where you would like to share, refresh, or bump!
💡Tip: Poshmark sharing, Depop refreshing, and Grailed bumping are all similar functions aimed to boost your listings in search results and newsfeeds.
Customize your sharing preferences.
Enter the number of items to share, or share the daily maximum. Then, choose the sharing order and speed.
Vendoo Sharing Settings Explained
Items to Share refers to the number of listings you’d like Vendoo to share at once. You can manually enter a value or select the maximum allowed—up to 6,000 daily shares.
Sharing Order determines the order in which your listings are shared based on how they appear on your marketplace. You can choose from:
Random
Top to Bottom
Bottom to top (preserves current order)
Sharing Speed sets the pace at which items are shared, based on the time delay between each share. Choose from:
Ultra Slow
Slow
Normal
Fast
Customize your settings based on your preferences and click “Share now” to instantly begin sharing. You can also schedule automated daily sharing!
Schedule Sharing
Once you've set your preferences, you can automate sharing by creating a custom schedule!
Simply choose the days and times you’d like Vendoo to automatically share, refresh, and bump your listings.
Once you enter the time and day(s), you can select the checkbox to repeat sharing daily.
Then, you will be prompted to confirm your sharing details.
Repeat this process to schedule multiple rounds of daily sharing.
When you create multiple sharing rounds, they will appear under “Active rules” under each marketplace tab.
From there, you view your automated sharing schedule and edit your sharing settings.
Note: For auto-sharing, your computer must be on, awake (not in sleep mode), with Vendoo open, and your marketplaces connected!

The activity log provides a detailed record of all Poshmark sharing, Depop refreshing, and Grailed bumping!

The activity log displays key details such as the item, marketplace, date, time, and the status of all shares, refreshes, and bumps.
✅ Successful actions will show as “Sent”
⛔️ If an action fails, an error message will be displayed.
👀 For example, this error appeared because a Grailed bump was attempted too soon, as Grailed has specific timing restrictions.
Keep in mind that each marketplace has its own rules regarding how often and how much you can share, refresh, or bump listings. Be sure to check your activity log for updates and details on each action.

What is Poshmark sharing?
Poshmark sharing is the process of promoting your listings by “sharing” them to the top of relevant search results and your followers’ newsfeeds. This boosts visibility and helps your items appear higher in search results. It’s recommended to share your listings at least once a day—more frequently for the best results!
What is Depop refreshing?
Depop refreshing (sometimes called “bumping”) is the act of updating your listings to appear as “just listed,” pushing them to the top of search results and newsfeeds to maximize visibility. It’s recommended to refresh your listings at least once a day—more frequently for the best results!
What is Grailed bumping?
Grailed bumping moves your listing to the top of Grailed’s feed. It’s similar to refreshing or sharing and increases exposure and the chance of sales. It’s recommended to bump your eligible items daily.
Can I automate sharing with Vendoo?
Yes! Once you set your preferences, you can create a custom schedule to automate sharing, refreshing, and bumping. Vendoo will perform these actions at the days and times you specify.
How many shares can I do per day?
You can manually enter any value or select the maximum of up to 6,000 shares per day per marketplace.
What is the difference between sharing speeds?
Sharing speed controls the time delay between each share. Ultra slow provides the longest delay between shares, whereas Fast performs actions more rapidly.Ultra Slow – 10 seconds between actions
Slow – 8 seconds between each actions
Normal – 6 seconds between each actions
Fast – 4 seconds between each actions
How do I schedule automatic sharing?
After setting your preferences (items to share, order, and speed), you can schedule your sharing by selecting the days and times you'd like Vendoo to automate the process. You can also create multiple sharing rounds and set them to repeat daily.
Is Vendoo a Poshmark bot?

What happens if a sharing action fails?
If a share, refresh, or bump cannot be performed, the activity log will display an error message explaining the issue—such as trying to bump too soon on Grailed.
