When you get started with Vendoo, you will import your existing listings. It is important that you import from only one marketplace. Thereafter, you will mark your items as listed on any other marketplaces where you already have it listed.

Here is how to mark items as "listed" with Vendoo:

  1. After importing your items, locate an item that is already listed on multiple marketplaces.

  2. Locate the item that you would like to mark as listed. Then, change the listing status of this item to “listed” by pasting the URL to the active listing.

  3. Repeat this step for any other marketplaces where the item is already listed.

Here is a step-by-step example:

For example, in the image below, this item has been imported from Poshmark but is also listed on eBay, so we want to mark it as Listed on eBay.

Next to eBay, where is says "Not Listed," click the drop-down and select Mark as Listed.

Then, I can paste the URL to the active eBay listing for this item:

That's it! The listing is properly synched and the item will appear as listed on eBay in Vendoo.
