How to List in Vendoo
Vendoo offers the fastest listing and crosslisting, with a simple two-step process:
Fill out the Vendoo form
Finish the Marketplace forms

Step 1: Fill Out The Vendoo Form.
To create a listing, click on the plus sign and a new listing will open. Here, you can complete the Vendoo form.
The key is to fill out the Vendoo form completely 🔑 The information from the Vendoo form will transfer to your marketplace forms.
The Vendoo Form:
The Vendoo is a basic listing form where you will enter the information about your item:
✅ Upload Photos:
✅ Enter Item details: title, description, brand, condition, colors, SKU, quantity, tags, etc.
Note that Vendoo supports multi-quantity listings. However, not all of the marketplaces allow for muti-quantity listings. On the marketplaces where multi-quantity is not supported, one item will be listed. If it sells, we'll prompt you to relist it.
✅ Enter the Category of your item & Shipping Information:
✅ Enter the price and your cost of goods, as well as any additional private details to help organize your inventory with Vendoo:
Many fields on the listing forms have “save as default” options to save even more time listing!
💡 When you use custom listing templates, you don't have to enter all this information each and every time.
Step 2: Finish the Marketplace Forms
Once the Vendoo form is complete, cross-listing is super fast!
Click on any marketplace form. You will see that the information from the Vendoo form has transferred. You will enter any required marketplace-specific fields, and click list!
