The Advanced Filters enable users to sort with more concentrated filters to enhance their management capabilities and workflow.

These tools include date-specific filters, which allow you to organize inventory by the date(s) in which actions were performed, and other advanced filters that enable users to sort for duplicates and import origin.

Check out how it works:

Remember: You can combine these advanced filters with the other Vendoo inventory management filters including the search bar, item status, marketplace(s) listed, Vendoo custom labels, and sorting options.

Vendoo’s Advanced Filters for Inventory Management

You will find Advanced Filters under the inventory search bar. Then, you can select which advanced filter(s) you would like to sort your inventory by:

First, Date-Specific inventory filters allow users to filter inventory by the date or date range that specific actions were performed:

Date Sold

The Date Sold filter allows you to organize by the date or date range that your listing(s) sold.

Date Created

Similarly, the Date Created filter allows you to organize inventory by the date that the listing was created in Vendoo.

Last Modified Date

The Last Modified Date filter enables users to organize inventory by the specific date that listings were modified in Vendoo.

Last Listed Date

With this filter, users can organize inventory by when it was last listed (including when it was delisted and relisted with Vendoo).

For the date-specific filters, you can select any specific date or date range:

These filters offer enhanced inventory management, making it easier than ever to organize your inventory and simplify reseller bookkeeping and tax preparation.

The other advanced inventory filters allow users to segment inventory by specific characteristics:

Duplicates

When you sort your inventory by duplicates, Vendoo will search for duplicate items in your inventory:

Duplicates refer to items with identical titles in Vendoo. You can use this filter to be sure that you do not have items twice in your Vendoo inventory. Note that the titles must be identical to yield as "duplicates."

Import Origin

The import origin filter enables users to search for inventory by the marketplace from which an item(s) was imported.

First, you select “import origin,” then, you can select a marketplace to yield the items imported from that marketplace:

Of course, you can also select Vendoo to yield listings that were created right in Vendoo!

Missing Sales Details

When you sort your inventory by items Missing Sales Details, Vendoo will search for items that have been marked as sold but some of the sales information is missing.

This allows you to review your sold items, update any missing information, and make sure that your sales details, inventory spreadsheets, and analytics are 100% accurate.

Sold But Still Listed

When you sort your inventory by items Sold But Still Listed, Vendoo will search for items that have been marked as sold but still remain listed on at least one marketplace.

This should yield no results.

If for some reason you have any items that have been marked as sold but remain listed, it is likely because your item did not successfully delist when marked as sold. This can happen when your marketplace is not connected, when you experience a connectivity issue, or when there is an active offer(s) on a Poshmark listing preventing it from delisting.

Delist the item(s) from any remaining marketplaces to avoid double-selling.
