Vendoo has AI (artificial intelligence) tools built-in to the software to help you list quickly and optimize your listing details!
💡 Tip: For now, AI suggestions work best with clothing garments.
Here is the step-by-step:
First, visit the Vendoo form. Once you have uploaded at least one image, you will see the AI Suggestions button underneath item details:
2. Then, you will be prompted to select two photos that the AI tool will scan to help
complete your listing:
First, you’ll select a cover photo that best represents your item. It is best to choose a picture of the front with the item centered in the frame:
Next, you will select an image that shows the tag with the brand and size:
Then, you will briefly see the AI suggestions loading screen while Vendoo uses your selected images to generate information about your item.
3. Just like that, you will see that some suggestions about your item has been
automatically entered in the Vendoo form 🪄

Title suggestion
Brand field
Primary color field
Category field
Note that the information will vary by item.
If you don’t like a particular suggestion or if it is not quite accurate, you can click the shuffle suggestion button to see alternative suggestions:
From there, different suggestions will be shuffled. Note that you won’t always see this button, only when there are alternatives available to display.

4. How do I know if an AI suggestion has been applied to a field?
If a field on the Vendoo form was filled in via AI suggestions, you’ll see the sparkle icon beside the field:
TH: Yes, the sparkle icon. Better to use that, because it is not guaranteed that every AI field will get a shuffle button every time
5. What if I don’t like the AI suggestion?
If you don’t like the AI suggestion, you can change it. Note that the shuffle suggestion button might appear if additional suggestions are available.
6. What if AI suggestions are not accurate?
Artificial intelligence is not accurate one hundred percent of the time. However, we strive for accuracy in this feature and rely on your feedback to help us improve AI suggestions.
