How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. Cancel from Your Vendoo Account Dashboard
The easiest way to cancel your subscription is directly in your account settings.
Log in to your Vendoo account (on web).
Go to Account Settings.
Find the Subscription section.
Look for the option to Cancel Subscription.
Confirm that you want to cancel and follow the prompts.
After you complete these steps, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Cancel by Contacting Support
If you cannot cancel from the dashboard for any reason, you may request cancellation via email or support:
Contact Vendoo support using the help widget inside Vendoo or their support email.
Explain that you want to cancel your subscription and request confirmation of cancellation.
Vendoo’s support team can assist if you’re unable to cancel through your account settings.
What Happens After You Cancel
Your subscription will not renew after the current billing period.
You can continue to use all paid features until that billing period ends.
