There are a few differences in marking your items as "sold" when you have multiple quantities listed on a marketplace.

Here is a video on how to mark as sold your multi-quantity items on Vendoo:

If you sell a multi-quantity item, you want to mark it as "sold" in the same way you would with a single quantity item.

You can use the drop-down status menu next to the marketplace that you sold the item on:

Then, on the Sale Details form you will notice two unique fields:

The first field is the Quantity Sold field. This is where you can input how many quantities you have sold.

The second field allows you to manage the remaining quantities on each marketplace form in Vendoo.

In the example depicted above, when one unit is sold, the quantity will reduce by 1 on the Depop and eBay forms. This is because both of those marketplaces are compatible with multi-quantity listings. In contrast, the quantity did not change on the Mercari and Facebook forms, as they do not support multi-quantity listings.

Note that Vendoo will update your quantities on your marketplace forms, but you will need to update the quantities on the marketplaces themselves.

⚠️ Note the yellow warning section where you will be promoted to click on each marketplace to take you to the listing to manually change the quantity on the live listing.

What if I sell a multi-quantity item on a marketplace that doesn't support multi-quantity listings?

For example, if a multi-quantity item is sold on Mercari, then you would mark it as "sold" on Vendoo the same exact way using the status drop-down menu.

In this case, you are able to immediately relist the item back onto Mercari since there are still remaining quantities of this item that are available for sale. You can choose to have Vendoo relist this item automatically by clicking on the "relist item on Mercari" check box.

Now you are able to mark your items as "sold" on Vendoo when having multi quantities and be in full control of all of your quantities on every marketplace!

💡 Tip: With Sale detection and auto delist (BETA) Vendoo will not delist your multi-quantity items. You are in full control of your quantities. Learn how to turn this on and use the feature here.
