Congrats on your sale! If you do not have Sale Detection & Auto Delist turned on, you will need to mark your item as "sold." Learn more here.
If you have already marked your item as sold (or if Vendoo detected your sale), you will see a red warning symbol if your item is still listed:
There are many reasons why this happens:
You might have had an existing offer on a marketplace that does not allow you to delete items with active offers;
You might not have been connected to the marketplace where you were delisting from; or
The marketplace might be experiencing technical issues; etc.
You can hover over the platform where the item is still listed and delist the item from any remaining platforms.
