If you are having trouble uploading photos to Vendoo, it is usually because of the size of your images.
Please note that the maximum photo size in Vendoo is 8 MB.
8MB is a very large file. However, if you are taking photos on a DSLR camera, they might be above this size. We recommend that you change your device settings to take photos in a smaller size. This will not compromise your photo resolution; it will simply reduce the size of the file.
You might also be using a photo editing tool that changes your photo size beyond 8MB. You can see likely see the size of your images in your photo details on your phone or computer.
If you have a ton of images that are too large, you can likely compress images on your device or with various photo resizing tools.
My Photos are not too big, but they're still not loading.
If your images do not exceed 8MB, and you are still having trouble uploading them, it is most likely a connection issue. Confirm your internet connection.
You might also try to upload them individually rather than in large batches to enhance loading.
