If you are unable to delist/relist a multi-quantity item on Poshmark, it is because you have already sold one unit.

✅ If you have not yet sold any units, you will be able to delist/relist

❌ If you have sold one, you will NOT be able to delist/relist

You will see this error message:

Poshmark does not allow you to delete a sold listing, so the "delist" process fails.

This is what would happen if you tried to delete the listing directly on Poshmark- you can't. Because you have sold one, the listing cannot be deleted. Your buyer needs to be able to access the original listing.

Don't worry! Here's what you can do to refresh those items in 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Click on "view listing" on the bottom of the Poshmark form. This is a quick way to take you directly to the Poshmark listing:

Step 2: From there, you will edit the listing and change the quantity to 0 on Poshmark and click "update" to save that change.

This will make your listing appear as "Sold Out" on Poshmark.

Step 3: Return to Vendoo, and click the dropdown where the item says "listed" on Poshmark. Then, select "Mark as Not Listed."

Step 4: From that same drop-down, you can then select "List Item 🎉"

Yay! You have a brand new, fresh listing! 🔥

Because Poshmark does not allow you delete a sold listing, this is the only way to delist/relist a multi-quantity item when one unit has already sold.
