Note that changes you make in Vendoo will NOT automatically be reflected on your published listings.
To edit a listing that is already live on your marketplace(s), you have two options:
Option 1: Delist, make changes, and relist (recommended*)
First, delist the item. Do this by clicking the "listed" button on next to the marketplace(s) where you would like to update the listing.
2. Make any updates you would like to the listing. You can do this on the general Vendoo form and click "update all" and save your changes to all marketplaces OR you can make marketplace-specific changes directly on the marketplace form(s) of your choice.
For example, if you want to change your price on just Poshmark, you would enter a new value in the price field on the Poshmark form:
3. Relist your item by hovering to "list" or clicking the list button at the bottom of the marketplace form(s).
💡Tip: This option is recommended because it gives you a brand-new listing and brand-new listings rank best in search engines and newsfeeds. If you are updating your listing, it is the best practice to publish it as brand new for extra exposure.
But, what if you don't want to republish the listing as brand new to avoid reaching listing limits or losing recent likers? That's where option 2 comes in:
Option 2: Make the changes directly on your live listing
If you'd like to make changes to your listings without delisting and relisting, you can go ahead and make those changes directly on your published listing on the marketplace.
💡Tip: For your convenience, you can click on any marketplace icon right from the inventory screen to take you to your live listing. From there, you can click "edit."
You can also click "view listing" on the bottom of every marketplace form.
⚠️ IMPORTANT! If you make changes to your live listing directly on a marketplace, you might also want to back up those changes in Vendoo so they are reflected the next time you delist/relist your item.
