Vendoo’s bulk actions help you to accomplish tasks faster! 🚀
You can access bulk actions on the top right side of the inventory screen on the desktop version of Vendoo:
Here are the Vendoo bulk actions and how to use them:
1. Bulk Delist & Relist: With this add-on, you can delete and repost your items as brand-new listings.
From this screen, you can delist and relist in bulk from any and all marketplaces of your choice. The limit has been extended to an entire inventory page (up to 240).

2. Bulk Edit Vendoo Labels: Add or remove custom labels from listings in bulk.
You can add or remove custom labels from multiple listings simultaneously. The limit has been extended to all inventory.

3. Bulk Copy Items: Create copies of items in bulk.
You can create copies of previous listings in bulk. This is helpful if you're selling the same or similar items as you have in the past. New copies will appear in the drafts section.
Note: Copied items will be reflected as new listings on the Item Counter.
4. Bulk Delete: Permanently delete multiple items from your inventory at once.
Note that deleting items permanently removes them from Vendoo but does not delist them from marketplaces. To delist your items, use the bulk delist.
Bulk delete should only be used if you have decided not to sell items.
5. Bulk List: List multiple items at once.
This bulk tool is available with the Delist & Relist Add-On.
The marketplace forms must be executed to list in bulk to multiple marketplaces.
6. Bulk Delist: Delist multiple items at once from various marketplaces.
This bulk tool is available with the Delist & Relist Add-On.
This will remove listings from any marketplace(s) you choose in bulk.
7. Bulk Mark As Not Listed: Mark multiple items as "not listed" at once.
Note that when you mark items as "not listed" this does not delist items… it only removes the sync to the listing within Vendoo.
This is used mostly when a user has quit and deleted a marketplace and wants the same reflected in Vendoo.
If you want to actually remove listings from marketplaces in bulk, use the bulk delist tool.
With bulk actions, you can work more efficiently, save time, and scale your business!
