Sometimes you may notice that a marketplace disconnects from Vendoo. This can happen for a couple of common reasons:
1. Your session on the marketplace website has ended
Vendoo stays connected to your marketplaces by keeping your login session active. If that session expires, Vendoo can no longer connect.
Many marketplaces automatically end sessions as a security measure.
For example, Vinted may disconnect you if you have not been active on their website for a while. To reconnect, you may need to log back in and perform an action directly on the marketplace site.
2. Your Vendoo extension needs to be updated
Vendoo uses the Chrome extension to connect with most marketplaces. If your extension is out of date, you may experience disconnections.
Make sure you are always using the latest version of the Vendoo extension.
Updating it here, usually restores the connection right away.
How to Fix It
If you get disconnected, you can always reconnect your marketplace in the Settings tab of your Vendoo account.
π‘ Tip: When logging into each marketplace website, choose the option to stay signed in in your Chrome settings. This will help Vendoo keep you connected longer.
