If you are having trouble listing on Etsy or receiving an Etsy error message, here is what you can do:
Make sure that you are logged into Etsy on Chrome, and visit the marketplace connections screen to connect your account.
Common errors and how to fix them:
Error: "Could not find a shop for user"
Solution: This error appears when you’re setting up a new account but haven’t created an Etsy shop yet. An Etsy account lets you shop as a buyer, but you’ll need to open a shop in order to sell. If you need guidance, check out this article from Etsy on how to open a shop
