If you are having trouble listing on Facebook or receiving a FBMP error message, here is what you can do:

  1. Are you trying to list to a personal FBMP account?

    Note that Facebook Stores are not directly supported at this time. Learn more here.

  2. Is your Facebook Account connected to Vendoo?

    Make sure that you are logged into Facebook on Chrome, and visit the marketplace connections screen to connect your account. Learn how here.

  3. Are you a brand new FBMP user?

    Try to list your first item on Facebook Marketplace directly. Then, you should be able to list from Vendoo

    Note: Brand new Facebook Marketplace accounts do not have access to shipping. If you cannot opt to ship your items, you may not have access. You might be required to obtain a few positive reviews with local sales or wait until your probationary period is over. Contact Facebook with any questions.

  4. Did you reach your FBMP listing maximum?

    If you are unable to list on Facebook Marketplace, you may have reached your FBMP listing maximum and you are temporarily blocked from this action. Many marketplaces do this to prevent bots and fraudulent or suspicious activity.

    Sometimes, this occurs when a user has listed too many items within a time period, or listed too quickly. Unfortunately, we do not have a magic number or formula to determine why and when this happens.

    Based upon our user feedback, this often occurs most often when:

    1. You list a large amount of items;

    2. You list items too quickly;

    3. Your listing rate represents a speed or quantity that is not congruent with your normal listing practices; or

    4. Your account is brand new. Note that FBMP has a probationary period for new users where your ability to list is temporarily limited.

      If you have been temporarily blocked from listing on FBMP ("Facebook Listing Jail") here is what you can do:

      Be patient. Try again in a few hours or tomorrow. We know this is frustrating, but there is nothing that you can do until the temporary ban is removed. We also recommend using the listing and delist/relist features strategically in a way that is human like. Do not try to list hundreds of items a day on any platform.

      FBMP places many restrictions on brand new accounts such as not instantly offering shipping, a listing maximum, etc. If you have any questions about your account standing or limitations, reach out to Facebook.

If the problem persists, please contact customer support.
